Your Data Rights
Georgia's Consumer Privacy Protection Act, effective July 1, 2026, provides qualifying consumers with rights concerning covered personal data, subject to the Act's scope and exceptions. Because we retain very little, we usually handle a request by checking our contact mailbox and server logs, then deleting responsive data when required. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Georgia, DeKalb County, or Tucker offices remain under the control of those custodians.
